Daphne C. Kubbinga
Daphne C. Kubbinga is our founder and first author. She started writing stories from the moment she knew how to and hasn’t stopped since. Originally from the Netherlands, she started writing in Dutch but began reading and writing mostly in English during high school. Since then, she has spend some time living in different English-speaking countries. Now, she’s back living in the Netherlands.
Besides writing her book, Daphne completed a Master’s in biotechnology and now works as an Engineer. She spends her free time doing yoga, scuba diving, travelling, going to fantasy-themed events, and curling up with a good book wherever she goes.
Daphne started working on her first YA Fantasy series when she was only 14 and we are currently working on publishing the first book!
Daphne’s books are fast-paced adventures with detailed fantasy worlds and layered characters.
