Narcissus Publishing was founded in 2025 by Daphne C. Kubbinga. It is a publisher based in the Netherlands for writers and independent authors who would like some help with the logistics of turning their story into a real book.
The name “Narcissus” comes from the daffodil flower, a childhood nickname of the founder, but also the from the old Greek myth of Narcissus. This company is about helping writers who would otherwise self-publish their book, thus the connection to the self-obsessed Narcissus.
Narcissus Publishing is place where like-minded writers and creative individuals can connect and help each other make their dream a reality. We operate from the Netherlands and focus on working with authors and other collaborators from the Netherlands and Belgium.
This publisher is for authors who are interested in self-publishing but would like some help with the practical aspects of bringing their story to the page. Authors keep all of the creative control. We are here to lend a hand.
